Welcome to Camp Nokomis Leadership Retreat, less than an hour from the coast. At the rocky edge of the 17-mile-wide Toddy Pond, you can soak up quality time with the people you work so hard for. Return to a state of peace in the outdoors of the Northeast.
With seven suites and two cabins, nine families can comfortably enjoy the retreat. Each suite is outfitted comfortably, each with heat, full bath, and patio. Both rustic cabins are at the water's edge each with heat, full bath, and screened-in-porch.

Toddy Pond is a classic Maine Lake – blue waters, black rocks, breezy air, and beautiful firs. On its placid waters, you can splash, swim, fish, ride a boat, kayak, paddle board, or grab an Adirondack and read a book. With so much to offer, there's something fun to do for everyone in the family.

Rustic isn't supposed to be this comfortable, but that's the only way to describe the retreat's two-floor main lodge. Huge common room. Chef's kitchen. Upstairs den and deck. Things to bringYou'll be spending a lot of time outdoors. Don't forget to bring bug spray, sun block, and clothing for a variety of activities and weather. Water shoes are never a bad idea around lakes.

Sure you can venture into Bar Harbor or Bangor for seaside treats or city sights, but rest assured – there's so much entertainment to be had without ever straying from the Nokomis grounds. The enormous fridge and spacious pantry allow you to bring enough food for your entire stay. Gather 'round the campfire, compete over board games, corn hole, or basketball, hit the gym, climb the treehouse, fire up the grill, take to the lake, and if you must - binge watch Netflix.
